Albina has more than 15 years of experience in occupational health and safety, as well as training and development of employees in Kazakhstan's oil and gas industry.
In addition to her day-to-day work, Albina was an active member of the XYZ Employee Network and the Women's Network at Chevron for 5 years, focusing on leadership development, networking, and community support.
Since moving to Norway in 2021, Albina has actively supported the community. She volunteered at GjenBruk Stavanger as a Social Media Manager (SMM), promoting the charity shop and reuse/recycle culture and at the charity organisation OPEN HANDS FOR YOU in Stavanger, helping Ukrainian refugees socialise.
Albina enjoys living in Norway and exploring the beauty of the country. While living and experiencing a new country, she maintains a close connection with her home country and actively participates in the life of the Kazakh community in Stavanger. Albina is a member of the NORKAZ association for planning and organising the annual celebration of Nauryz for more than 30 Kazakh families in Rogaland.
