Imposter syndrome has become a popular topic over the years, and rightly so. Many of us have had feelings of inadequacy, of being unworthy or undeserving of where we're at in life or at work, and have even thought that one day we might be exposed as a fraud. Research has shown that up to 70% of people will experience imposter syndrome at least once in their lives. The good news is that we are recognizing the signs of imposter syndrome and more people are talking about it.
