Leadership development can be about giving managers the necessary practical tools to raise awareness, add knowledge, and provide targeted development of specific skills that are important in different leadership roles.

Jøri Gytre Horverak is an experienced consultant within leadership- and organizational development. Her PhD investigates the process of selection, adaptation, and team efficiency in an intercultural context. From 2010-2015, Jøri was an expat spouse in USA. Based on her background and experiences, Jøri´s expertise encompasses selection of key personnel to international assignments, cross-cultural adaptation processes, and developing/capitalizing on individual and organizational global competence.
