ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Erik Falk Hansen is partner and founder of OG-S AS, a company focusing on Executive Search Recruitment and Outplacement Services to technology companies here in Norway. Three years ago, Erik created what has become one of Norway`s leading outplacement programs, DUJSK. DUJSK is a program that assists both active and passive job seekers in relation to how they market and sell themselves as well as a program for entrepreneurs and start-ups. During the last 3 years, over 3000 highly educated and experienced job seekers and entrepreneurs have participated in the DUJSK program and due to the success of this, OG-S AS has also recently launched an online/digital program, Jobcatcher. In total, Erik has 15 years` experience from recruitment and outplacement both here in Norway and internationally. He worked for 9 years in the UK for a large international recruitment group, one of the first companies to create a “women in business program”.
