PWN Event - Growing sustainable practices within traditional industries

How creative technology is forging future industry practices

 Creative Tech for Sustainable Growth

Sustainability implies more than just a lasting product, it has become synonymous with environmental, health, and growth choices. Indicators of sustainability are different from traditional indicators of economic, social and environmental progress. To be sustainable means to be thoughtful in all aspects of your business. Within recent years, the trend towards more socially and environmentally-thoughtful products and companies have been assisted by technological development and innovation. Companies of traditional industries such as oil and gas, finance, fashion, have had to adjust the way they think about the product they are selling in order to reach a sustainable future. Technology has helped redirect well-established industries and brands to completely realign company values and direction. We seek to explore some of these stories from well-established industries and companies making strategic changes to push toward a more sustainable future.

Join us as we tackle taking a traditional industry and considering how to make it more sustainable. How can we do and be better tomorrow? What do we need to do to help reverse that damage we have done to the world? How can we curb traditional consumption?
