Raja is an award winning entrepreneur, born in Morocco, raised in Switzerland and a mother of 2 boys. Before coming to Norway 3 years ago with her Norwegian husband, she was working as a private banker in Switzerland and teaching assistant in management at the university of Geneva.
Coming to Norway was for her the opportunity to challenge herself, "dig in her own potential" as she likes to say and pursue her dream of having her own business. Since then, she has started grundr AS a consulting, management and investment company with the purpose to empower entrepreneurs. She currently manages hub.no - a platform tailored to the needs of growth startups - she has also invested in 4 startups and is sitting on the advisory board of 3. Lately the Hub and her company were featured in Business Insider Nordic.
