Meet Our Panel:

Siw Andersen Siw, the CEO of Oslo Business Region, is an accomplished board member of Oslo Architecture Triennale and ROM for kunst og arkitektur. Her journey includes roles in the fashion and media industry, and today, she leads efforts to bolster the startup ecosystem in Oslo, driving solutions for local and global challenges. Her rich background spans diverse geographical and cultural experiences, making her a dynamic figure in the boardroom.

Mari-Anne Tellefsen Currently a Master's student of Communication and Branding at BI Norwegian Business School, Mari-Anne has experience as a board member, with her role at MFO - Markedsføringsforeningen in Oslo. Her passion for building brands and marketing that stand out has been honed through various roles in sales and project management. She's driven to challenge the status quo and strives to learn something new every day.

Jyoti Sohal-David Jyoti is an entrepreneur, recruiter, diversity coach, and educator who has been a pioneering force in the diversity and inclusion landscape of Norway. She co-founded Skillhus and Umbrella, innovative companies specializing in workplace diversity and international recruitment. With a passion for creating more inclusive boardrooms, Jyoti also launched Boardiverse, a network empowering diverse professional women to contribute to the strategic direction of organizations.
