PWN Norway Webinar: “Gender Pay Gap: Putting it into Perspective”

PWN Norway introduces a series of webinars featuring presentations by leading experts in their fields. These webinars will be hosted by our teams in Oslo and Stavanger and available through a webinar platform. Kindly register in advance as the number of attendees we can host is limited.

The union Ann Helen is a part of works to ensure equal pay and participation. They launched their official policy in 2017. Their latest research project “Women and Career in Finance: Not allowed, not able or not willing?” conducted by CORE (Centre for Research on Gender Equality) is a study of women’s and men’s career paths in the Norwegian finance industry.

Ann Helen will speak about how the study gained attention in the Norwegian media when it hit media headlines in 2019. Join PWN Norway to learn about its findings on structural conditions within the finance sector and how Ann Helen’s work to close the gender pay gap is relevant in an international context.
