This year's PWN Norway Global 100 Mentoring Program seeks to bring our mentees the true best of the best. We will pair our mentees, PWN Norway members, with recruited global leaders and mentors that provide professional advice and insight in their given areas of expertise.

This mentorship program has three core tracks: career development, entrepreneurship, and leadership development. Whether you are board-ready or taking your first steps in your professional career, the program will have a mentor match for you.

As a mentee, you will work with your mentor to set and achieve goals during our 10-month program. You will have the support of a team that accompanies your growth journey as needed and PWN Norway will provide organised networking opportunities and Master Classes aimed at furthering growth, understanding, and sharing.
